D’Aria Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot
VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. Wine is then matured for 12 months in 225 litre French oak vats.
DESCRIPTION: A serious Bordeaux red blend that reflects a combination of rich dark red fruits and well balanced oak. A well balanced and elegant wine.
FOOD: Ideal for heavier meat dishes such as roasted fillet, lamb, duck, venison, beef stews and casseroles.
