D’Aria SV Shiraz
VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place in 15 000 litre tanks. Wine is matured for 12 months in a combination of 225 litre French and American oak vats.
DESCRIPTION: An interesting blend of fruit-driven Shiraz and a small percentage of Viognier. The spicy characteristics of Shiraz are complemented by the floral notes of Viognier.
FOOD: Beef steak, veal, spicy food and pastas dishes.
